वहीं Air India Express  ने ये भी जानकारी दी है कि हफ्ते में दुबई से मुंबई, दिल्ली, लखनऊ, अमृतसर और कोच्चि के लिए 7 फ्लाइट, कोझीकोड के लिए 13 फ्लाइट, मैंगलोर के लिए 14 फ्लाइट, जयपुर के लिए 3 और कोच्ची के लिए 7 फ्लाइट संचालित की जा रही है।

आपको बता दें, एयर इंडिया एक्सप्रेस ने उन सभी उड़ानों की जानकारी ट्वीट करके दे रही है। जो विदेशों के लिए संचालित की जा रही है। इसी के साथ एयर इंडिया एक्सप्रेस घेरलू उड़ानों की भी जानकारी ट्वीट करके दे रही है।

The boarding flight is painful experience, starting from entering the airport (poor training to staff to verify the identity and ticket details), standing at the counter to check in the baggage (extremely slow). Once boarded, it’s a pleasant experience. The crew is polite and patient.

Too much delay in everything. Flight got delayed by 1 hr 20 mins

Boarding procedures are very inefficient and disorganised at the gate. Not sure why Indigo doesn't utilise and enforce a zonal boarding system. Passengers were transported by bus to aircraft on tarmac which once again made for a very disorganised system. Passengers rushed towards the boarding ramps where IndiGo staff then indicated that passengers from rows 1-15 would board at the front while those from 15 onwards would board from the rear. Passengers could have been transported to the aircraft based on their assigned rows in the first place to smoothen the procedure.

Boarding was NOT good enough. Our cabin luggage was pushed back to check-in in the pretext of packed flight. But eventually there were empty seats on the flight. Also, we booked seats on exit rows... But seems something got changed and we got same seats alright, but they were no longer on exit row (& that was empty eventually). Flight claimed to have a travel time of 1 hour 50 minutes, but it took around 2:20 minutes (seems Indigo has a different clock). 😂

Check in is a mess. Be ready for a traumatic experience from the unsupportive and rude check in staffs and duty managers at Calicut airport. It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. Overall, will never take another indigo flight to fly out of india.

After arriving at the Delhi airport, I realized that my and my daughter's seats were not together. Seriously??Do I need to request for adjacent seats when travelling with a 4 years old? Isn't that obvious? May be not, for Air India employees... With her + Cabin luggage, they made me walk from international to domestic terminal to get our seat issue sorted. After I lost my patience and temper, I finally got seats together otherwise I was told - Sorry! Flight is full, so we can't do anything. Nothing unusual, Pathetic experience as always. I know I am wasting my time even by writing this review but I have to. Civic sense, customer service and humanity is what we Indian lack badly, so don't have much expectations anyways."

The staff were absolutely not bothered of whos standing and for how many hours. They have no clue of how to manage a crisis...B*** S***."

This flight is always late departing

Boarding the flight was horribly slow. Since this is a smaller aircraft, Folks trying to find space in overhead cabins were blocking the rest of passengers from boarding the flight and it took for ever board the flight. I wish the crew were more effective in sorting out this issue. At Dubai, this flight doesn’t go to a terminal and is parked in the tarmac. I had to take 2 shuttle buses ,which took 30 to 40 minutes along with being asked for passport and boarding pass more than once before I could get to the gate for my connecting flight. Seats don’t have a display for entertainment. When I happened to connect my phone to onboard wifi, it appeared like it gives you options to watch movies on your device. There was no mention of this or any announcements about this feature from the crew. In order to keep costs low, corners are being cut when it comes to the overall flight experience. FlyDubai will surely not be my preferred flight from Chennai to Dubai.

The food was not good. After two days I still haven't received my checked in bags. They don't have an answer for status of locating them which shows they don't care for passengers.

Do not fly by Fly Dubai. Worst Experience ever No entertainment, Not enough overheadbean storage for Carry on luggage No fresh water, Sodas, Juice offered. Flight will not leave off through gate Unfriendly Crew Multiple Buses to catch , to change terminals, Insufficient Instructions provided Just Chaotic Experience which you don't want it when traveling international. No announcement made at gate about Flight delays etc.

Flight was cancelled. Kayak agents were not helpful at all to rebook flights. Worst experience in customer service. Kayak did not even informed me about the flight cancellation. I only came to know after reaching the airport. Horrible experience

WTH?!There is no room to put everything- no pouch in the seat ahead of you so nowhere to put the food or drink that you have to bring on board or any of your travel things. I have no idea why. The FlyDubai terminal in Dubai is also quite lacking- I felt like I was trapped in crappy restaurant. I'm not certain that I will ever use use this airline again- not impressed."

Cons: "12 hours waiting in the airport without any reason! At the end they told us that they had no crew ready!!! During this waiting period they issued coupons for 1 toast bread with cheese and 1 soft drink !! To redeem the coupon was very humiliating !!! They did even appologize !! On the plane the crew was very rude, after all this wait an old lady wanted to change her seat for more leg room, they forbid her and asked her to pay for it , when she got upset they threatened her to drop her off the flight in a very rude way.... i will never go with flydubai again."

Cons: "The crew was incredibly rude. One flight attendant yelled at me to take my seat even after i told him the seat was wet. He insisted the plane didn't come from anywhere so it could not be wet. I showed him how it was so wet that it soaked my pants and told him it smelled like beer. He seemed annoyed i was bothering him and said he would replace the seat cushion. It took ten minutes before he replaced the cushion. When he did he threw it over the seatbelt preventing me from bucking up. I told him the arm rest and side of the plane were sticky from whatever had spilled. He ignored me and walked away. Another attendant came by and told me to buckle up before landing. I explained the situation that I did not have access to the belt to her for the second time and she rudely told me to move my seat. When I requested a new seat before the flight the first attendant told me no that was the seat I had paid for. Ignoring the fact that I had also paid for a dry seat. Now when the flight is landing my safety suddenly became a priority. Its safer to say I will not be recommending this airline."

I like the price of the ticket. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to drop off luggage. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to board. I liked that the flight was on time.

Very poor Customer service…the girl at the check in desk was horrible. her service was not even close to world standard but I think Flynass can improve and learn to treat their customers better

New airplanes - timely departure! No entertainment, this needs improvement!

The flight delayed. No screen, no charge for mobile devices. The portion of food is very small. The food is not delicious and no sweet just 3 pieces of fruit mostly apple. If you want coffee or tea you have to buy even you buy ticket at higher price than airlines that offer drinks, snacks and meals for free.

Cons: "In business class Although only 3 out of 9 seats had passengers, there is no room for my bag, the cabin craw asked me to put my bag in economy class. When I refused she then took her bag out of the place above my seat. That was very bad as this location is paid for part of the ticket & I shouldn’t be asked to use economy class storing place."

Cons: "There is no way of knowing which fly Nas flight I was supposed to board. Etihad is not very good at informing the customers about partner airline check in process. I was running around the airport like a mad man trying to figure out my flight number and check in station. The airline lost my luggage and the claim process is vague. I was told I will be contacted with my claims number at the airport. Thus far I haven't heard anything from the airline. The number given goes straight to voice mail."
