क्लिमेण्ट रिचर्ड एट्ली (Richard Clement Attlee ; १८८३ - १९६७) ब्रिटिश राजनीतिज्ञ, लेबर पार्टी के नेता (१९३५ से १९५५ तक), तथा १९४५ से १९५१ तक युनाइटेड किंगडम के प्रधानमंत्री थे। उनके ही प्रधानमंत्रित्वकाल में भारत को स्वतंत्रता मिली। उनके काल में ही यूके कल्याणकारी राज्य (वेल्फेयर स्टेट) बना जिसके अन्तर्गत अन्य बातों के अलावा वहाँ निःशुल्क सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य-सेवा आरम्भ हुई। वे यूके के सर्वोत्तम प्रधानमंत्री माने जाते हैं तथा वहाँ के सबसे लोकप्रिय प्रधानमंत्रियों में उनकी गिनती होती है।

उनका जन्म ३ जनवरी, १८८३ को लन्दन के पुतनी (Putney) में हुआ था। उनके पिता एक धनवान वकील थे।१९०५ में उन्होंने आक्सफोर्ड विश्वविद्यालय से बैरिस्ट्री पास की किन्तु वकालत की जगह वह सामाजिक कार्य करने लगे। दो साल बाद वह समाजवादी हो गए और 'इंडेपेंडेंट लेबर पार्टी' के सदस्य बन गए। पहले महायुद्ध में उन्होंने फ्रांस और निकट पूर्व के देशों में मेजर की हैसियत से लड़ाइयाँ लड़ीं। १९२२ में एटली पार्लियामेंट के सदस्य चुने गए और जब १९३१ में मजदूर दल (लेबर पार्टी) की सरकार बनी तब वह युद्ध के लिए उपसचिव नियुक्त हुए। १९३१ के चुनाव के बाद वह मजदूर दल के पहले उपनेता, फिर नेता, चुने गए। द्वितीय विश्वयुद्ध के समय चर्चिल के मंत्रिमंडल में भी वह मंत्री थे और चर्चिल के बाद वह स्वयं इंग्लैंड के प्रधान मंत्री हुए। १९४५ में भारत को पहले औपनिवेशिक फिर १९४७ में पूर्ण स्वराज्य उन्हीं के तत्वावधान में मिला। १९५० में वह फिर नए चुनाव के बाद प्रधानमंत्री हुए। उस चुनाव में उदार और अनुदार दलों (कञर्वेटिव पार्टी) के ऊपर मजदूर दल का बस थोड़ा ही बहुमत था। कुछ काल बाद जब मजदूर दल का मंत्रिमंडल हटा तब मेजर एटली भी सरकार से अलग हो गए। सन् १९६७ ई. में इनकी मृत्यु हो गई।

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) extended the last date to pay the application fee for Haryana CET (Common Entrance Test), 2022. The revised date was 25th August 2022.
